Elwood Bathers is a venue with several spaces available for your exclusive use to honour those close to you. Our rooms are generous in size and all feature our signature floor to ceiling windows showcasing the stunning beach and bay outlook. We offer flexible layout options which allow us to tailor the space to suit. Whether you are looking to host both the service and wake in one location or simply require the space for post-service refreshments our venue can be the perfect location.

The Private Dining Room has capacity for up to 36 guests seated, ideal for smaller intimate celebrations.
The Bay Room is our larger function space, designed to hold up to 100 guests seated and 200 standing.
The Main Restaurant has capacity for up to 130 guests seated or 300 standing. For full venue hire, please contact our events team.

We have a minimum spend, which can be achieved across your food and beverage selections. You will have the space exclusively for three hours. We offer an inclusive grazing menu package with tea and percolated coffee for $55 per person. As for the beverages, we are flexible and can customise the offering based on your preferences and the needs of your guests.
