At Elwood Bathers we take pride in our commitment to excellence and attention to every detail and we expect all staff to embody this. Front of house staff are warm, welcoming and attentive to guests’ needs. Our kitchen team takes pride in creating delicious dishes using fresh local ingredients to meet our high culinary standards.
We expect you to be a great collaborator, working closely with and supporting colleagues. You’ll need to be hard working and highly adaptable in a fast paced environment.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE
We have a large team and a range of opportunities regularly available. Front of house roles include servers, hosts, bartenders and baristas while kitchen roles include skilled chefs, kitchen hands and dishwashers. If you have management experience at the highest level and share our commitment to excellence there are occasionally management roles available.
