EVENT SPACES

The Private Dining Room is an elegant, intimate space comfortably seating up to 36 guests for a discreet dining experience.

The Bay Room lends itself to larger dining events, seating up to 120 guests or, for private cocktail parties, hosting up to 200 guests.

For the ultimate grand event, the full venue is occasionally available by special arrangement.

Adjacent to the main dining room. Close the glass door and luxurious curtains for extra discretion or throw them open to feel part of the main restaurant vibe.

THE BAY ROOM

A dedicated event space, providing a private entrance foyer and generously appointed with event furnishings and equipment to create your luxury party experience or business function.

FOOD AND DRINKS

Choose from a variety of menus to suit your budget, including canapes menus for cocktail events or shared menus for dinners. Make your choice from two drinks packages.

You may add custom Elwood Bathers food and beverage extras, such as bespoke cocktails or an oyster station. You can also bring a celebration cake which we will display, cut and serve for a small cakeage fee (cakes must be professionally prepared in a commercial kitchen).

EVENT EXTRAS

Enjoy Elwood Bathers’ curated playlists or bring your own. In the Bay Room, enjoy dancing with your guests to live music or a DJ.

Add custom decorations to the venues from event styling, to floral displays and unique signage, menus and table settings.

Avail yourself of Elwood Bathers’ audio visual equipment which includes two projectors, two portable screens, two handheld microphones and access to our wifi, or augment your AV with equipment from a specialist firm.
